George Condo (American, b. 1957) is a contemporary visual artist working in the mediums of painting, drawing, sculpture, and printmaking. Grotesque and absurd, yet simultaneously naturalistic, his vast body of work is humorous, empathetic, and critical. These rich pictorial inventions straddle a space between comedy and tragedy, and the bizarre and the classically beautiful.
Published in 1989 in an edition of just 55, this is a rare aquatint by the artist, sold in very good condition. Please contact the gallery with any questions.
