Geisha carrying a Lantern by Eizan (1787 - 1867). A beautiful Kakemono woodblock print in the separate sheets showing a Geisha carrying a paper lantern hurrying through the night, her dress slightly raised so as not to trip. A typically elegant Eizan composition with beautiful flowing lines and lovely details. Good impression and colours, some creasing and soiling, also loss at the edges.
