Arty-Fact: Rich Enough To Be Batman is a bold and subversive series that provokes questions about wealth and social contribution. The Queen is used throughout the series as a symbol of wealth and is juxtaposed with the cowl of Batman. The cowl represents Batman’s aim to ‘do good’: he wasn’t superhuman, but instead his superpower was to use his wealth to give back to society.

Heath Kane is a UK-based, Australian contemporary artist. His work is known for evoking a dialogue that encourages social change. Heath's collections centre around narratives that are subversive, as well as politically and socially motivated.

Heath is synonymous with creating bold, striking, often lurid art. His approach to art has always been driven by the practice of design thinking: combining his commercial art experience with the origins of pop art. He focuses on creating simple, iconic and memorable pieces.

Heath has collaborated with Wired Magazine, Saatchi Art and Adidas and has recently worked with Penguin Books to make the last published covers of George Orwell's most famous books. Heath shows his work in galleries and solo shows both in the UK and worldwide.
