FUTURE RELIC 07 - CASSETTE PLAYER
Sculpture made of cast plaster and crushed glass. It belongs to Daniel Arsham's "Future Relic" series. On this occasion, the artist takes us to 2079, the moment when this Sony Walkman II is discovered in a hypothetical excavation located at the coordinates 25° 40’ 2.416” N 80° 24’ 25.527” W (The Crossings, Florida, USA).
The sculpture is sent inside its original packaging, which includes a couple of art handling white gloves to manipulate the work properly. Outside the box, the label indicates the specific number of this ítem within the edition, 476/500. Sculpture's size: 14.6 × 14.6 × 12.7 cm. The box has been opened by us with the only aim to check the condition of the work is perfect.
