DIAMOND FAILEDOODLE (RED/TAN)
This series of works by FAILE called Diamond FAILEDOODLE are very special for the hand work it has involved and the limited number of works produced. This work is hand stained, painted with acrylic, sprayed and screen printed by the artists. It has also been finished with stunning black glitter on an Archival Lenox 100It paper. The work belongs to a very small limited edition of only 25 copies, hand signed and numbered by the artists.
The barking dog has become a trademark for the artist duet. They use it on many of their printed editions stamped on the back or hidden in the image. But the barking dog is way more than that. The dog has always taken its own place in art, from ancient to modern days, obviously, for the tight relationship humans have with them. Dogs have been depicted in many cases to express loyalty, companionship, protection, fidelity and status.
