How it works - Information for buyers

Art listings that are available for online purchase through our website will feature a Buy It Now button, along with the asking price in £ (sterling), $ (US dollar) or € (Euro).. You will be required to provide your contact name and delivery address before payment is taken to ensure that the correct shipping fee is applied.

The seller will be notified once your payment has been successfully processed both via email and in their own back office area of the website. You will receive notification via email and in your own "member area" of the website once they have dispatched the item,.

Once you have received the item, you are obliged to notify the seller by clicking on the 'Mark item as received' link in your back office area.
