About Art of Treason
Art of Treason is a gallery dedicated to promoting and selling the work of the very best cutting-edge artists from Sussex and beyond. Specialising in 'challenging' art, we represent a roster of artists who are at the forefront of the contemporary art scene.
A chance meeting with artist Antony Micallef led Art of Treason founder Mark Jones to set up the gallery, when he began collecting works by Micallef, Banksy and Faile and discovered he had an eye for art. Formerly in the music industry, Mark's record label Jeepster signed such well-known names as Belle and Sebastian, Snow Patrol, and former Echo and the Bunnymen frontman Ian McCulloch.
