Bird of Happiness (Homage to Chikako)
Good To Know: Unframed, professionally packed, stored flat in humidity controlled art storage facility, condition report available upon request
Arty-Fact: Ting’s real life reverence for women translates in his artwork into an image of a woman that is idealised, ethereal and elegant. Instead of total nudity, Ting’s women are usually partially dressed. Most often bare, their breasts are rendered as circles. Seldom, however, has a simple geometric form been so suggestive. This clever juxtaposition of elements contributes to the sensuality.
